The Theta Psi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega was established at Columbia in 1989. It is our goal to both challenge and support one our sisters; celebrating each other’s victories and pushing each other to reach our full potential as Real. Strong. Women. At Alpha Chi, the intersection of scholarship, community, philanthropy, and leadership cultivates generational ties between sisters as they are inspired to connect, lead, grow, and serve.
Womxn joining Alpha Chi are welcomed into a community of genuine, ambitious, passionate sisters, and are empowered to cultivate their unique identities and interests. When our sisters aren’t performing lab research, interning at Fortune 500 companies, writing theses, or traveling the world, you can find us sharing snacks at Bachelor watch-parties, picking apples upstate, organizing runway shows, sweating it out at Barry’s Bootcamp, having picnics on the lawn, and taking (too many?) photos on Low Steps.
