What we do
We are a pre-professional organization that promotes greater knowledge of corporate law, finance, and the intersection between the two. We conduct events and networking panels to prepare students for careers in one or both of the above fields, including roles in corporate finance, management consulting, and law school.
Who we are
Our board is full of highly motivated students, capable of and interested in bringing relevant, interesting, and helpful events to the Columbia community. We are a friendly and cohesive board who have fun together and help each other in our academic and professional pursuits. Our career pursuits range from entrepreneurship and consulting, to trading and investment banking, to law degrees and PhDs.
Events we host
Speaker panels on topics ranging from finding internships and securing full-time offers, to learning about specific industries and how to network
Lectures - from how to prepare for LSATs, to how to valuate a company, to topics in international business law
Workshops - from resume and interview preparation to advanced Excel skills
