Statement of Purpose
CUSS is a video sketch comedy group by and for the Columbia community. We aim to produce weekly student-written, student-acted, student-produced sketches and release those sketches to the Columbia student body. CUSS brings together student writers, actors, comedians, and filmmakers to provide a fun and collaborative environment for creativity, learning, and hands-on production experience. We are open to creative input from all members at all stages of the production process.
CUSS is unique, as it is the only comedy group on campus focused entirely on video content, the only video production group that that produces collaboratively and frequently, and that it produces work by and for the Columbia community.
