The purpose of this organization is to connect Columbia University students and scholars with EU policy, transatlantic and inter-European issues, and the historical, political, economic and social dimensions of European integration. Additionally to a Recognized Student Organization (RSO), European Horizons at Columbia University shall also serve as the Columbia University chapter of "European Horizons", a student-led EU policy think tank that connects students from universities all across the US and several locations in Europe.
