Recognizing the importance of both diversity and unity, and insisting that only by embracing the former can we truly claim the latter, the Interfaith Collective intends to engender a new vibrancy and honesty within the university surrounding matters of faith. It hopes to create a community – within itself and within Columbia – where all are welcome and none feel alone. Interfaith Collective holds weekly discussions on various ideas/themes, engaging students in conversation from multiple perspectives. Most importantly though, these conversations are spaces where individuals are free to share personal experiences and thoughts free of any expectations.
