Social Justice
Alpha Phi Omega is a co-ed service fraternity which is built on the pillars of leadership, friendship, and service. We are involved in community service projects both locally and nationally, some examples include working with local boy scout groups, animal shelters, outdoor service events at the arboretum and shaver’s creek, and smaller projects around the local community.
We are of course involved in THON! We love our THON family, and often go on family visits were we celebrate birthdays and special occasions, or just go to hangout! We raise money throughout the year through different fundraisers and events, and we have dancers for THON.
Alpha Phi Omega is also a place to find your family! We host many fellowship events throughout the year. All new members receive a big that introduces them to fellow brothers and gets them acquainted with Alpha Phi Omega traditions. All members are also part of one of three families that have friendly competitions each semester in the family Olympics! The friends you make in APO are friends you’ll have for life!
