National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChE) Student Chapter at The Pennsylvania State University three main purposes: (1) to encourage the professional development of students of color in fields including, but not limited to science, technology, and engineering, (2) to provide academic and personal support to its members, and (3) to promote diversity among future professionals within these fields.
