The Yoga and Meditation Club at Penn State offers weekly yoga classes and morning meditations. In addition, YMC offers self-care activities that reflect our organization’s value of community and connection. Our general body meeting encourages members to destress from the week through activities like Alyssa’s jewelry making, Mia’s vision board making, journaling sessions, and more. Every weekend we offer either Simone’s mindfulness hike or a run and get coffee. Our weekly catch up involves either our book club, a movie night, or Erich’s vegetarian cooking class.
