Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was founded on a mission comprised of five basic tenets that have remained unchanged since the sorority’s inception more than a century ago. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is the first black greek letter sorority founded in 1908 at Howard University in Washington D.C. We strive to be supreme in service to ALL mankind.
