SAFE is a nationwide organization of doctors, medical students, and healthcare providers dedicated to eliminating the United States firearm epidemic through research, policy reform, and education.SAFE is established for the purpose of raising awareness of the firearm epidemic in the United States, advancing research on the epidemic, working towards policy reform, and integrating firearm awareness into the curriculum.SAFE’s mission is to create a community of doctors, nurses, medical students, and healthcare providers dedicated to addressing the firearm epidemic in the United States.
