What We Do:We host weekly/biweekly activities related to wellness and weight management for everyone to participate, including calories counting, food preparation, cooking demonstration, group grocery, gym workout, knowledge share, and fun networks like hangout or field trip.We also offered peer-monitored weight management plan to clients, including the diet and exercise plan. There will be a "supervisor" to guide you to conduct your plan.Join us as a Member:We are a group of students (The board) majored in different field, interested in nutrition, exercise, lifestyle changes, fitness and well-being. We dream to help others to reach their fitness goal! Join us at Festifall, or email the president and vice presidents.Join us as a Client:Registered through the shared google document with your information, and you could enjoy peer-monitored weight management plan based on your goal, and the engagement in the weekly/biweekly activities.Join us as yourself:Definitely welcome!
