Clarkston Mental Health Clinic is a medical student run clinic that is set up in the Clarkston Community Health Center. Clarkston MHC has two main missions:
1. Servicing the underserved, uninsured, and underinsured residents of the Clarkston community and surrounding communities in free or affordable mental health care, outside of normal business hours.
2. Helping Emory medical students gain the experience of providing mental healthcare early in their career while being supervised by board certified psychiatrists.
All work done at this clinic is done by volunteer physicians, students, and staff.
