Welcome to Emory Fencing, a club where you can make friends and then stab them (completely safely) for fun! We have fencers of all skill and experience levels, and many of our members start out as complete beginners - we’ll teach you the sport and give you a great workout in the process.
We practice two times a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 pm) in Arena Court 4 with opportunities for additional lessons, and there will be opportunities to compete in tournaments at other universities. For our more experienced fencers and those that are interested in individual feedback, we’ll be setting up individual video review and coaching sessions with Olympians, All-Americans, and NCAA champion fencers and coaches.
Attendance at practice is optional and we’re happy to have you whenever your schedule allows. Come find out why fencing is often referred to as “physical chess” - we are so excited to welcome you to our fencing family and show you what fencing has to offer!
