The mission of Emory Chess Club (ECC) is to bring together the chess community at Emory and provide a place to study, discuss, and play chess. We aim to do so by engaging students from both the Undergraduate and Graduate communities in weekly meetings and organized tournaments. Our organization’s purpose is to connect with the larger chess community through tournaments outside of Emory by providing the opportunity to create dialogue between our members and esteemed chess players.
