A music community is more than the musical product created together but the people it was created and appreciated with. It is more than being united through the production of sounds weaved together but about the bond created between the individuals who participate in it. It is recognizing that within every individual is a creation and a story as complex (if not more) than the music they engage with together.
Thus, the vision of the Emory Orchestral Student Association is to help foster a musical community by providing meaningful opportunities to foster these relationships and enrich music making and appreciating experiences.
