Fall '24 Registration Form: https://forms.gle/MnZyhqrJYbEmuJqp6
eTV is Emory University's official Film and Television Production club. We focus on creating a space for students to have the opportunity to engage with media, film, content creation, broadcasting, and production, regardless of their major.
Our club is split into seven subgroups: Television, Marketing, Cinema, Thematic Movie Analysis, Outreach, Music Creation, and Post-Production. Within each, our organizations' members hold roles and positions to help produce, develop, and create content. Our projects have ranged from short films, video promos, PSAs, reels, documentaries, and more! Throughout the year, we'll hold monthly production events, bring in guest speakers, and hold semester-based mixers with local Atlanta film talent and Alumni to help connect our members to the industry. However, in addition to all of this, the main goal of the club is to create, and that will be primarily what you will be doing (in any capacity you may choose -- pre-production, production, post-production, etc.)!
eTV is committed to creating a community for all Emory students interested in film. We support students looking to produce content as well as those who prefer to just sit back and watch a good movie. Whatever your interests are, we welcome you!
1 — we are excited to welcome you back to campus and start this year’s productions and meeting soon. Our next GBM will be FRIDAY (9/27/24) @ 3-4pm in Room 102 White Hall.
2 — we are excited to announce space has opened up on our executive board and we will be ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for the year. We encourage everyone to apply, especially if you have shown interest in the past.
3 — there is a detailed calendar to come, but just briefly… we have FOUR productions planned for you in Fall semester alone and TWO film festivals.
4 — NEW to eTV this year… we will PAY FOR YOUR FILM to be made. Simple process which involves pitching us your idea and we will grant funding on a case, by case basis. More information to come.
5 — our equipment is READY FOR USE. If you want access to the large amounts of film equipment, we have more information at our GBM on how to access it.
