The mission of the EUSOM French Club is to foster a community of students who share a passion for the French language and culture, with a particular focus on its application in the medical field. We aim to enhance language proficiency and cultural understanding through a variety of activities, including informal French cafés, movie nights, global health talks, medical French workshops, and cultural events like crepe-making sessions. By offering these experiences, we hope to provide students with the skills and knowledge that will serve them in their medical training and future careers, particularly in global health and patient care within French-speaking communities. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where students can connect with others who are equally passionate about French language and culture, while also advocating for the inclusion of language skills in the medical curriculum to better serve diverse populations.
