Founded in 2013, the Humanitarian Emergencies Research Team (HERT) aims to provide students with opportunities to collaborate with public health professionals and contribute to research projects related to complex humanitarian emergencies (CHEs). HERT’s competitive application is open to any first and second-year students from all RSPH departments with an interest in CHEs.
