Swara aims to bring the rich tradition of the South Asian classical musical art form to the Emory community. We put together events and concerts that are inclusive for students at all levels in their musical journey. The members of Swara are committed to upholding tradition while spreading awareness of Carnatic music to new audiences!
We host events like interesting, collaborative, and intersectional events like panels, discussions, and concerts, and we hope to have exciting future events like performances and lecture demonstrations with esteemed artists.
