The purposes of the Wellness in Practice Organization are (1) to provide students the opportunity, resources, and community to address seven key areas of wellness: mental, physical, social, emotional, intellectual, professional, and inner purpose/values; (2) to strive to create an environment that authentically supports wellness and allows every member of our community to thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally; (3) to equip students with a range of resources and skills for their journey through law school and their future careers as attorneys, including meditation, yoga, physical health, mindfulness, and healthy eating practices among others.
