The Graduate Student Fitness Club (GSFC) is an organization that seeks to bring together a community of graduate students interested in maintaining fitness, health, and wellness. Members of this organization will learn more about overall fitness and wellness, especially running, weightlifting, balanced nutrition, and maintaining mental wellness through meditation and stress relief tactics. Members are invited to attend weekly meetings during which we discuss these topics. Members are also invited to go on group walks/runs in the Boston area, on-campus group exercise sessions at Marino Recreation Center, and off-campus exercise classes in the greater Boston area, such as CrossFit or spin classes. Our organization celebrates diversity and is inclusive of all graduate students regardless of their sex, gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, etc. The ultimate goal of our organization is to bring together graduate students and help them feel their best physically and spiritually.
