The purpose of the Business and Securities Law Institute shall be the following:To promote awareness of and appreciation for business law including but not limited to: enterprise structure, finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, and related topics;To actively promote and aid students’ pursuit of a career in business law; andTo promote general awareness of laws affecting business and their effects on BSLI.
