As the only historical fencing organization at MSU, the Renaissance Sword Society studies and instructs a variety of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), encompassing but not limited to, wrestling, the dagger, the longsword and rapier fencing disciplines. While we primarily practice longsword under Joachim Meyer's system, our organization encourages the study of other European martial traditions.Email or message for discord link.
