Graphic Medicine Club is a student-led organization that explores the intersection between the medium of graphic narratives and the discourse surrounding healthcare. We aim to create a diverse community of BU students who are fans of comics and medicine in order to spread awareness of the field of graphic medicine by facilitating student collaborations with other student clubs, authors, artists, and art therapists. At the Graphic Medicine Club, students will learn more about graphic medicine’s use as a therapeutic tool for patients and healthcare providers, and gain opportunities to share their own experiences through art.
