Community Service & Volunteering
BAF at UCLA aims to decrease fentanyl overdose rates by bi-quarterly distribution of fentanyl strips and narcan throughout the Los Angeles community. We are partnered with the UCLA Emergency Department Residency program to access fentanyl testing strips and narcan. Through guest speakers and workshops from the UCLA Emergency Department Residents, club members will further explore the importance of healthcare accessibility and participate in distribution events to serve the local community.
