MissionWe are a club of Stanford co-ed powerlifters/Olympic weightlifters working towards improving themselves in their lifts and knowledge of powerlifting/Olympic weightlifting. We welcome lifters of all levels to be a part of the team and hope to grow this organization into an official club sport here at Stanford University. As an official USAPL sponsored club, we actively encourage all members to look into competing in official competitions hosted by USAPL. At the end of the day, the barbell expresses all our hard work and determination in striving to become a better version of ourselves.
