Mission
The Amateur Radio Association @ UCI (ARA @ UCI) is a public service and hobby club created to serve current licensed and prospective amateur radio enthusiasts on and around campus. The purpose and objectives of ARA @ UCI are: To promote, educate and participate in traditional radio activities of Amateur radio. To provide a communications capability and technical knowledge for the community, especially in times of emergency. To promote social interaction and cooperation among our members and other enthusiasts in the community.
