Mission
ISG is an official Christian student group at UC Irvine. We welcome all students: undergraduate and graduate, Christian and non-Christian, and especially international students. The students in our group come from many countries around the world, including the United States. Our mission is to "love locally, impact globally," in which we seek to create a "home away from home" for students studying in Irvine. We offer weekly Bible studies, as well as special talks and lectures on topics such as the relationship between Science and Faith, evidence for the existence of God, the problem of suffering, and others. We also offer English classes, small group gatherings, fun trips around the SoCal area.
