Mission
In an effort to foster a sense of community among students in the History of Art and Architecture and Art departments, we would like to revive and reinvent the Art History Club. Art History is not the most collaborative major and many students feel a level of disconnect from their peers due to quarters and entire years when classes were online. Ideally, this club would be a space for students to obtain valuable information about the department, gain insight about possible career paths in the art world, meet graduate students and professors, and bond with other students in the major. The club will not meet regularly every week but will rather focus on planning 2-4 museum visits, information sessions and other larger events and discussions during each quarter.
