Mission
Japanese Student Association at UCSB is a registered campus organization aimed to raise greater awareness and appreciation of Japanese culture and language through events and activities, as well as provide opportunities for professional exploration through career seminars. We are proud of being a support group for our Japanese international/exchange students as well as Nikkei students who hope to reconnect with their heritage, and are also here to provide a community for anyone interested in taking part in/learning about Japanese culture in addition to those potentially aiming to work in Japan.
