Mission
Our mission is to focus on three pillars: Professionalism, Community Service, and Social in effort of preparing the next generation of professionals. We are a resource for our members to facilitate their development into becoming future leaders and professionals in their desired career path. Together, the members and Executive Board members strive to learn the imperative responsibilities that are inherent within the professional world, by emphasizing academic, communal, and corporate networks. Our membership is comprised of individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, identities, as well as academic disciplines who are interested in building their professional skills and preparing for their career of interest in the future.

Membership Benefits
Official Membership
Official members of this organization shall be those who have fulfilled the following requirements:
- Paid a quarterly or annual membership fee.
- Must be active for a duration of one quarter.

Benefits include:
- Reduced costs to events (or free if applicable)
- Exclusive reservations for larger events
- Exclusive information about job, internship, or professional offers received by our chapter or from our umbrella organization (ULSA - United Latino Student Association)
- Eligible to receive membership statuses (Active/Executive member of the Quarter, Member of the Year)
- Eligible to vote for the following Executive Board
- Eligible for scholarships offered by our chapter and ULSA
- Eligible to apply for the Pathways Internships starting in Winter Quarter
-Eligible for a free professional photoshoot

Active Member
- Level 1 of member recognition
- Requirements are adjusted to reflect the academic calendar and the events needed to obtain this status.
- Eligible for the end of the year Active member Scholarship & ULSA Scholarships

Executive Member
- Level 2 of member recognition
- Requirements are adjusted to reflect the academic calendar and the events needed to obtain this status.
- Eligible for the end of the year Active member Scholarship & ULSA Scholarships

E-Board Pathways Internships
- Internships available for Winter quarter to shadow current E-Board.
- Official Paid members are eligible to apply
- 2.5 GPA required at the time of applying
- If a transfer or first year applicant, it is required to receive a recommendation from a current E-Board Member to void GPA requirement.
- Application w/Statement of Intent, Transcript, and Interview submitted to be considered
