Mission
YEP's mission is to provide free entrepreneurship education and mentorship to high schools students in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area. We put together & run 3-5-week-long incubators with high school students on campus at UCSB where they learn the basic principles of entrepreneurship, and come up with their own business ideas and prototypes. Those involved with YEP at UCSB are passionate about social change, education accessibility, youth empowerment, and have a curiosity to learn more about entrepreneurship. No prior entrepreneurship experience is necessary for the high school students or those involved in YEP on campus!
