Mission
The purpose of the club is to bring together students interested in the intersection of AI, entertainment, art, media, design, technology, and business. Members of this club will learn about AI’s impact on creative fields, engage with prominent guest speakers, discuss the ethics and concerns of these technological advancements, learn technical skills involving creative AI tools, and implement what they learn from the club in final capstone projects. This club will be the first at USC to explore the nexus of where creativity meets artificial intelligence and how technological advancements will impact the future of the creator economy.
As an example, some potential topics this club could explore are, but not limited to, "The impact of video generation tools on filmmaking", "Is the AI generated Drake song legal and/or ethical?", "How to use ChatGPT to get over writer's block."

1. Learn about various topics related to the intersection of AI and M&E, the arts, and other creative fields through the guest speaker series.
2. Build connections with people also interested in media, business, and tech through our social gatherings.
3. Develop technical skills in various AI software and tools to help enhance creative endeavors.
4. Create a capstone project that can demonstrate what you have learned from the club.
