Mission
HackSC is a hackathon with a mission. Located in the heart of sunny Los Angeles, we provide
our participants with a weekend full of innovation, connection, and education. In an
interdisciplinary endeavor, over 800 hackers, designers, and visionaries engage in
workshops, listen to speakers, and develop programs, tools, and build relationships that last for life.
Every year, we recruit software developers, designers, marketing/PR coordinators, influencers, finance planners, photographers/videographers, outreach specialists, and *so many* other positions to join our organizing team. Team members select a primary team to support, and are encouraged to work on other teams' projects that they feel strongly about and that will help develop their skills. If you’re passionate and eager to learn, we want you on our team!
