Mission
Our mission is to provide today's medical students with opportunities to develop their knowledge on what Pathologists do, and how to become tomorrow's Pathologists.
Membership Benefits
Members of the Pathology Student Interest Group (PathSIG) will receive information on events of the PathSIG, including, but not limited to noontime lectures on what Pathologists do in academic, industry and community practice, Forensic Pathology case discussions, observations of forensic autopsies at the Office of the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner, attendance at LAC+USC Medical Center tumor boards, seminars of the Los Angeles Society of Pathologists, Inc. and shadowing opportunities at LAC+USC Medical Center and Keck Hospital of USC.
