Through our weekly meet-ups, featuring group meditations, invigorating hikes, beach yoga, and other engaging gatherings, we aim to create a space where students can unwind, rejuvenate, and explore the transformative power of mindfulness.
Our commitment extends to Wellness Wednesdays, offering meditation, yoga, sound baths, and relaxation sessions, encouraging holistic well-being. Furthermore, every Tuesday and Thursday, we dedicate 15 minutes "Stop Drop Meditate" to guide students in meditation, enhancing focus and mental clarity in their daily lives.
For those seeking a deeper connection and understanding, SKY Campus Happiness organizes Sky Happiness Retreats, providing opportunities to learn breathwork, yoga, and build a sense of community.
