Social Justice
Remote Area Medical (RAM) provides free mobile medical and dental services to remote communities that lack access to a wide variety of health services. RAM at Georgia Tech will coordinate trips to RAM pop-up clinics throughout the Southeast in locations such as Louisville, Cleveland, and Knoxville. Members can expect to offer chair side assistance for providers, register patients, take vitals, serve as translators, and help facilitate the overall flow of the clinic. The RAM chapter at Georgia Tech will also fundraise in hopes of hosting our own clinic in underserved Georgia communities.
