The purpose of this organization is to provide an accessible outlet for Georgia Tech students to ski and snowboard. Students would be able to attend recreational events and/or compete on the Competition Team as a Club Sport. Through the organization, students would be able to receive discounted/group pricing that would make skiing and snowboarding, generally considered an expensive sport, possible for university students. We want to lower the barrier of entry for newcomers and provide opportunities for our most advanced members, in order to create and foster a lasting snowsports community on campus.
