Mission: To establish a central hub for the youth Arab community at the University of Texas at Austin in which the organization focuses on producing an environment that fosters the Arab culture, history, and identity. The organization will lay its foundation on three primary pillars. The first pillar, education, aims to propagate the presence and awareness of the Arab identity on campus; the second pillar, community, creates a habitat that encourages the Arab community to familiarize themselves with one another and allow for them to aid each in their college journey; the third pillar, philanthropy, emphasizes giving back to the community through scholarships, fundraising, and volunteering. Through the application of these three pillars, the Arab Student Association will be combating the contemporary Arab stereotypes in America by reframing the context in which our communities function.
