The AEWD holds skill-sharing workshops and art technique demos to all artists, art educators, and art historians. In the organization, art education resources and teaching practices are shared and developed to benefit both undergraduate and graduate students. By having skill-sharing workshops and meetings, connections and networking are made between faculty and students in the Department of Art and Art History. The AEWD's goal is to provide a community for art majors and art educators and provide opportunities of learning and growth.
