We bring students together from across UT to nerd out about theatre and enjoy the arts! We are the student voice of Texas Performing Arts, and meet weekly for a variety of fun activities. No artistic, music, dance, or theatre experience is required to participate.

Every student who has an interest in Hook 'em Arts may join by regularly attending meetings. No membership fees are required. Active members receive additional perks!
Things we do:
Meet weekly with other students who love the arts for games and activities
Receive inside information about student discounts and newly announced shows
Watch Texas Performing Arts shows
Plan events for students to get to know the artists better
Maintain a space where students can engage with each other within an arts context
Create unique ways to spread the word about Texas Performing Arts to UT campus
Learn about careers in arts administration and performance production
Attend Q&As with artists
Invite students to join the Student Volunteer Usher Program
Gain exclusive access to many opportunities within Texas Performing Arts
Our goals are to share with UT students the opportunities provided by Texas Performing Arts through marketing, public relations, outreach, and fund raising. We strive to increase attendance, engagement, awareness, and experience in the performing arts.
