The Kendra Scott WEL Institute Student Board (SB) was founded to represent the needs and experiences of students at UT to the WEL Institute. The SB provides feedback and ideas to ensure WEL Institute programming and events are in line with the interests of students. The SB creates engaging programs focused on equipping attendees, empowering women, and building community, while providing resources and opportunities for students to connect with their passions. Working alongside the WEL Institute Student Council, the SB hopes to work towards a more diverse, female-led, and entrepreneurial future
