The Lang Stuttering Institute Student Leadership Organization strives to unite university students from diverse backgrounds, interests, and majors in order to educate, advocate, and spread awareness about stuttering. Stuttering is a stigmatized communication difference and is often misrepresented in society. The Blank Center, is a place on campus where individuals of all ages can receive services for stuttering, free of cost. Our organization holds events on and off campus to support the individuals in the Center through fundraising and advocacy. Through our fundraising and volunteer efforts, we strive to make the world a better place for people who stutter.
