Community Service & Volunteering
Reading Aces is a volunteering organization dedicated to promoting and enhancing child literacy and comprehension. We take books to various recreation centers in Austin and partner volunteers with a child that will then teach them how to read, either by reading to them or encouraging them to read to the volunteer. Sessions are offered Monday - Thursday with rides provided! We strive to make the volunteering process as least stressful as possible, and require no weekly commitment. Come volunteer with us once a semester or every week, we'll be happy to have you!
