The Texas Journal of International Affairs (TJIA) is a leading academic publication based at the University of Texas at Austin. Managed by a diverse team of undergraduate students from various disciplines and overseen by a faculty board, TJIA is committed to publishing works that critically engage with both emerging and established topics in international affairs. We feature original research and policy-driven analyses that reflect both mainstream and underrepresented perspectives on pressing global issues. In a rapidly evolving world, TJIA strives to challenge conventional views, bridge divides, and provide valuable insights. Our publications cover four main categories: science and technology, economy and security, culture and art, and human rights and political systems.
