Texas Women of Excellence (WOE) is a student organization that connects first and second-year students, titled “Buds,” with well-established student mentors, titled “Orchids,” through our mentorship program. Our core principle is to increase the visibility of women and non-binary individuals in leadership around campus by building confidence in their ability to achieve amazing things at the University of Texas and Beyond.
Texas WOE was founded on the tiers of:

• Service
Texas WOE serves the UT Austin community and Austin area as reputable mentors and fervent leaders.
