The mission of F.A.R.E. Collective is to create a community for self-identified graduate students of color in the NYU Food Studies Program; support and acknowledge each other in the context of our cultural identities, and within the respective communities to which we belong; discuss social and political issues that directly impact communities of color; collaborate through student-initiated programming, and share knowledge and information both inside and beyond the Food Studies program.
